swim and #'s

strong swim today.

main set (no warm -up) - goal to pick up speed as descending:
500 - 7:19
400 - 5:41
300 - 4:08
200 - 2:39
100- 1:15
100 easy
4x50's on 1min - :37, :37. :37, :36
100 easy
4 x 25's on 30 - 17, 17, 18, 17
Total yards - 2500 yds

2nd workout - 10/9/8/7 down to 1 of Burpees, squats, situps - time 8:14. I swear I had done this workout before, but I can't seem to find my blog about it. I'll keep searching.
