Went swimming first today...warmed up and did a 500 for time. It was okay- 6:57, but I felt like I was struggling and breathing hard. I'm going to chalk it up to the pull ups and kettlebells yesterday. yds 1500.

2nd workout - 8 x 200s at 75% effort. Once again, wanted to push it a little more: :53, :50, :50, :49, :54 (told myself to slow it down and breathe more easily), :49, :49, :48. Legs feel good, but can they hold up for 26.2 miles? That is the question.
