Sunday- run 30 minutes and some kettlebells
Monday - 4.75 miles in 40 minutes on treadmill. crunches to finish
Just trying to log everything in - getting lazy.
from now until I figure out what my 2011 season races will be, i'm going to do my best to keep track of workouts.
